1. Overdraft Privilege – United Security Bank offers overdraft privilege as a courtesy to cover transactions that may cause your Checking Account to become overdrawn, and is provided as an option for certain account types subject to certain terms and conditions. It is available to cover items overdrafting your account by check, in-person withdrawal, ACH transaction, preauthorized automatic transfer and telephone transaction. It is not available for ATM and one time POS items unless you specifically consent to have them covered. There is a $30.00 fee per overdraft item with a maximum daily fee of $240.00. Negative balances resulting from overdraft activity must be repaid within 30 calendar days. The bank reserves the right to pay or return items and suspend or revoke this privilege at any time.
